Training

Training

Regulatory requirements can only be implemented effectively if they are understood by employees and applied in their day-to-day work. Accordingly, numerous regulatory frameworks — including DORA, the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), the EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR), MaRisk, and other regulatory guidelines — mandate regular and target-group-oriented training measures. WCTS supports you in the design and delivery of practice-oriented training sessions that communicate regulatory requirements clearly and are tailored to the specific risks and challenges of your company.

About

Our services in particular include:

  • In-house training for business units and staff — conception and delivery of customized training on AML/CFT, compliance, DORA, outsourcing management, whistleblower systems and other regulatory topics, tailored to the business model, risk profile and target audience

  • Executive and board training — training for managing directors, supervisory boards and other board members, particularly as part of new appointments, fit & proper requirements, as well as for regular refresher courses on regulatory knowledge

  • Role-specific training — in-depth training for anti-money laundering officers, compliance officers, outsourcing managers, information security officers and other key roles

  • Update training for regulatory changes — communicating new requirements and their practical implications, for example in connection with DORA, AMLR, AMLA or significant changes to existing supervisory standards

  • Workshops and awareness measures — interactive formats to raise staff awareness of regulatory risks, typical error patterns and practical duties of care

Our training courses combine regulatory expertise with practical relevance and can be conducted both on-site and virtually. Upon request, we develop company-specific training concepts, including training materials, knowledge tests and documentation certificates.
