Dr Paul Schultess advises credit, financial services and payment institutions, as well as insurance companies, on the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements. His practice focuses on corporate governance, compliance, audit support, and the launch of new products and business models in regulated markets. In addition, he possesses specialised expertise in insurance and liability law. Dr Paul Schultess is a lecturer at the Institute for Insurance Law at Goethe University Frankfurt and was awarded the Frankfurt Prize for Insurance Sciences for his academic work in insurance law.
